Additional areas can be added on at your appointment for an additional cost. Be advised that most patients achieve the best result from a series of treatment sessions - additional treatment sessions can be purchased at the time of your appointment for an additional cost. Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately by phone at (310) 887-9999 to make any changes to this appointment. Please note that no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $200 rescheduling fee. Note that the $1,000 Botox Club fee is nonrefundable, and will be held as a credit in our office valid to be used on Botox or Dysport for up to two years. After two years, this Botox/Dysport banking credit will be converted to a general credit with our office.
