Botox/Dysport Appointment

Service Description

Online prepay price includes $100 DISCOUNT! Listed appointment cost includes use of the equivalent to 40 units of Botox (normal cost = $520). This is what we consider to be a "full" treatment. However, every person has a different cosmetic goal. If more units are required to achieve your cosmetic goal, there may be an additional cost applied. If less units are required, you will have a credit with our office which can be applied to a service or skin care product of your choice. DISCLAIMER: Be advised that you are purchasing an APPOINTMENT at which your Botox/Dysport service will be rendered by a licensed practitioner. We do NOT sell or ship these products to any person, company, or other entity.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately by phone at (310) 887-9999 to make any changes to this appointment. Please note that no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $200 rescheduling fee. Note that the $1,000 Botox Club fee is nonrefundable, and will be held as a credit in our office valid to be used on Botox or Dysport for up to two years. After two years, this Botox/Dysport banking credit will be converted to a general credit with our office.
